Outpatient (in AL & IL’s) – Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)
Territory: Mahoning and Columbiana Counties
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The responsibilities of our Speech Language Pathologists include:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a diverse patient population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Educate patients and their families about speech and language development and treatment techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
Job Conditions:
- The ability to drive
- Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the patient's condition and to perform patient care
- On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move patient weight up to 250 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must have criminal background check.
- Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification.
