As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Architectural Designer who thrives in a creative, detail‑driven environment and enjoys contributing to projects from concept through completion.
Position Overview
The Architectural Designer will support the design team in developing architectural drawings, technical documentation, and design solutions across a range of project types. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interiors, highly organized, and fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape and the Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll work closely with senior designers, architects and the principal to translate design concepts into precise, buildable documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD
- Assist in developing design concepts and space planning
- Create and maintain drawing sets throughout all project phases
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and fabricators to ensure design intent is executed
- Conduct site surveys, field measurements, and construction observations
- Prepare presentation materials, including diagrams and renderings using InDesign
- Ensure all work aligns with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, or other visualization tools
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, and detailing
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for proportion, materials, and craft
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast‑paced studio environment
