We're looking for a Lead Electrical Service Tech who knows the trade, leads from the front, and keeps jobs moving the right way. This role is hands-on in the field and a go-to resource for other techs when help is needed.

- 10 years of sign and/or electrical experience
- Strong, real-world electrical troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of lighting repair and replacement
- Deep knowledge of signs and lighting systems
- Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work
- Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job right
- OSHA 10 certified (minimum)
- Able to provide your own electrical tools
- Physically able to access tight spaces, climb, and work in the field
- Assist fellow technicians by phone with direction and troubleshooting support
- Step in to help schedule technicians when needed (including when office staff is unavailable)
- Retain job history and site knowledge (past issues, power source locations, layouts, etc.)
- Accurate and consistent with field work
- Complete paperwork and notes with few to zero mistakes
- Lead other technicians by example - work ethic, safety, and quality
- Willing to train, support, and help grow the team
- CDL is a plus
