We’re looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager / HR Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support our team. This role is a mix of office management, HR, and day-to-day operations—perfect for someone who enjoys working with a team, staying organized, and making sure everything runs efficiently.

What you’ll do:
- Operate with initiative, accountability and professional integrity.
- Use technology to manage and update employee systems, coordinate record maintenance and retention, track personnel evaluations, and perform monthly payroll.
- Maintain meeting agendas and manage schedules.
- Organize office operations, records, and correspondence.
- Oversee staff workload, ensuring deadlines are met and teamwork is promoted.
- During busy season, assist with the assembly and delivery of tax returns and handle complex customer service issues.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in office administration and management.
- Background in human resources, including payroll management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective team supervision and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in a tax office is highly desirable.
