DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting to fill an Acquisition Analyst/ Subject Matter Expert - Principal (Contracting) position in support of USSOCOM.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Provides legal review/contract award support to Natick contracting.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Expert knowledge of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is critical to reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to assist Government Program Managers (PMs) / Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) with developing pre-solicitation requirement packages and to serve as the liaison between the PMs / CORs and Contracting Officers (KOs) of procurement agencies to successfully process their requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development of acquisition and contracts documentation for procurement packages, including the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) / Statement of Work (SOWs), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Memorandums, requirement approval documents and any other requested documents.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Masters degree.
- Minimum 16 years experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10%.
