Behavior Technician

At Patricia Munoz Behavioral and Research Center, located in Katy, TX, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based behavioral practices. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of our experienced team. Your day-to-day will include working closely with clients to support their developmental goals, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed records. You’ll also collaborate with team members and families to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve. This position requires flexibility, as you’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• ABAT or RBT training certification.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
• A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
