Before becoming an agent, she spent fifteen years with State Farm in a variety of claims and agency leadership roles, giving her a deep understanding of how to support customers, guide teams, and build a thriving business.

The organization closest to her is Education and Athletic Excellence (EAE), a nonprofit founded by her husband in 2011 that provides financial assistance to underprivileged students with college aspirations. Patrice is also passionate about being a voice for those who are not always heard, which she has demonstrated through two decades of volunteering and serving on boards such as C.A.R.E., United Way, YMCA, Englewood Hospital, and Women United.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
