MUST HAVE SKILLSET
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (fast food experience not considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead both Back-of-House (BOH) and Front-of-House (FOH) teams
- Demonstrated job stability and strong tenure in previous roles
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
Restaurant Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient service and positive guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of high-performing staff members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Maintain a professional presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organize, motivate, and inspire team members to work toward common operational goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of food preparation, quality standards, and kitchen operations.
- Assist in monitoring restaurant financial performance, including labor, food cost, and operational efficiency.
