Job Duties for the Restaurant anager include:
- Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant including FOH & BOH.
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
- Financial reporting responsibilities.
- Ensure the highest level of guest service and food standards are achieved.
Job Requirement for the Restaurant Manager include:
- Ideally 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
- Comfortable in BOH and FOH operations.
- Open availability to work.
- Financial knowledge of budgets, P&L, etc.
- People. Team focused – treats staff with respect and leadership.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
