We are seeking a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Waitress / Server to support guests in a full-service restaurant. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role will deliver attentive table service and provide full-service guest interaction in both languages.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and support a welcoming dining experience.
- Provide attentive table service throughout each guest’s visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Guide guests through the menu and answer questions in English and Spanish.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Build positive guest relationships and respond to service needs.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant serving experience.
- Bilingual English-Spanish communication skills.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
