What are the responsibilities and job description for the Short Order Cook position at Patisserie Lenox Inc.?
Patisserie Lenox Inc. in Lenox, MA is looking for one short order cook to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 30 A Church St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Take food orders from customers and prepare them quickly and accurately
- Keep work areas, counters and equipment clean
- Perform food preparation tasks as needed (soups, dressings etc from scratch)
- Keep a running inventory of produce and prepared lunch items
- Be able to accept and put away a weekly produce delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues that may arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience is a plus
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Knowledge of all health and safety regulations pertaining to food
