We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Showroom Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers while supporting our sales and customer onboarding process.
This position primarily provides Friday and Saturday showroom coverage, with occasional opportunities for additional weekday hours and home show events.
What You'll Do
Customer Service & Showroom Coverage
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet showroom visitors
- Create a friendly, professional, and welcoming customer experience
- Assist customers with product samples, fabrics, and available options
- Answer general questions and help customers understand next steps
Sales Support & Scheduling
- Schedule sales appointments and accurately enter customer information
- Manage incoming leads from phone, email, website, and walk-in inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries and online form submissions
Contracts & Customer Onboarding
- Send sales contracts through DocuSign and monitor completion
- Follow up on outstanding contracts as needed
- Process customer deposits and payments
- Create new projects in our system after contracts and deposits are received
- Prepare and organize digital and physical job folders
- Send customer welcome information and HOA documentation
- Coordinate completed project files for handoff to our production team
General Showroom Support
- Keep showroom materials, brochures, samples, and displays organized
- Assist with occasional weekend home shows and events as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Comfortable learning and explaining product information
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling, and document management
- Experience with DocuSign or similar software is helpful but not required
- Dependable and punctual with reliable Friday and Saturday availability
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week
- Fridays and Saturdays required
- Occasional additional weekday hours based on business needs
- Opportunity for additional hours through home shows and special events
Compensation
$18–$21 per hour, based on experience
There may be opportunities for increased hours over time.
