What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Patio Pool and Fireside?
The ideal person for this position will be a self-starter and will be working alone or with minimal oversight and guidance, people oriented, friendly and professional.
Primary responsibilities:
- Pool Opening and Closing
- Installation of pool liners
- Maintains pool equipment, pool pump, checks chlorinator, salt systems and filtration's.
- Vacuuming/ Skimming/Brushing Pools
- Maintaining chemical levels, testing water and adding chemicals
- Interacting with pool owners in a professional manner
- Operates and uses equipment skillfully and safely
- Clean pool deck and all areas after services that have been completed
- Follow both verbal and written directions
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Unloading chemicals, furniture, grills, fireplaces, misc.
- Delivering Hot Tubs
- Servicing/Maintaining Hot tub
- Measuring fireplaces for gas logs, electric boxes and gas inserts or direct vent fireplaces
- Installing electric and gas fireplaces
- Servicing and cleaning fireplaces
- Delivering and servicing charcoal, gas or pellet grills
- Delivering Furniture and other items
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
