Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas throughout shifts
- Help with catering or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with light food prep when required
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
- Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting and scrubbing
