Client Services Account Manager
Location: Yonkers, NY
Reports to: Director of Client Success
Works closely with: VP of Operations, Director of Product Strategy
Patina Rentals is seeking a high-touch, design-focused Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences from inquiry to event day. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for high-touch clients, overseeing their event details and providing design assistance. You will work in collaboration with venues, planners, and our internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Role:
- Serve as a trusted partner and bridge between clients and venues, acting as a valuable ally and resource throughout every project.
- Manage client relationships from inquiry through delivery, providing personalized service and creative solutions.
- Offer design insight and layout guidance, including floor plan development and product recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with our Delivery Services and Operations teams to ensure smooth logistics and flawless events, including onsite assistance on delivery day.
- Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with our event partners, understanding their pain points and ensuring Patina is always top of mind.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamline processes, and strengthen partnerships.
