We are a Medicare home health company, professional, compassionate and caring.
We are searching for a PRN Registered Nurses to join our Home Health care team in the beautiful state of Florida. Our ideal candidates will have experience working in the Medicare home health care setting and have a passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients and their families. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive assessment of patients' medical condition and needs, implementing quality nursing practices, coordinating care with doctors and other medical staff, and providing educational resources to patients' families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of the patient in order to identify specific nursing interventions.
- Maintain home health equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Assist patients to develop health care plans.
- Address patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
- Address the effects of stress on patients, families and coworkers.
- Administer medication to patients in their homes.
- Maintain staff attendance records.
Requirements:
- A level II background screening is required for this position https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- Current Driver's License with current auto insurance
- CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia
- TB test results
- CPR Certification. Online Certifications are NOT accepted
