What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Supervisor position at Patient First?
At Patient First, we're committed to providing top-notch patient care. As a Nurse Supervisor - RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the medical care of all patients from registration to departure.
- Overseeing clinical personnel on their patient contact, care, and performance.
- Scheduling Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Reviewing and supervising the inventory of medicines, prescriptions, and supplies.
- Representing Patient First in the absence of the Director of Medical Support and the Medical Director.
- Working as an administrator and Staff Nurse as needed.
- Reviewing checklists for Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Preparing written and verbal evaluations for Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, keyboarding experience, and at least one year of clerical or clinical experience. A valid nursing license in Maryland is required.
