Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA) is seeking a full time Site Supervisor to work onsite at AdventHealth Sebring.

Job Details:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing onsite leadership. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, supervising Transition Specialist team members, and establishing / fostering strong working relationships with client site leadership.
The goal of the Site Supervisor is to ensure successful operations at the site level, including, meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring team members are equipped with the resources and coaching / mentoring necessary to be successful in their role at PEA, and developing strong relationships with hospital leadership and stakeholders.

Job Details:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing onsite leadership. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, supervising Transition Specialist team members, and establishing / fostering strong working relationships with client site leadership.
The goal of the Site Supervisor is to ensure successful operations at the site level, including, meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring team members are equipped with the resources and coaching / mentoring necessary to be successful in their role at PEA, and developing strong relationships with hospital leadership and stakeholders.
Supervisory responsibilities include:
- Prepares, manages and approves the team schedule.
- Supervises overall workflow efficiencies and operations.
- Interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Provides leadership over site Lead(s) and TS team members, including call-ins, disciplinary action, performance reviews, provides performance-based feedback, timecard management and reporting.
- Ensuring the team has all necessary tools to effectively perform job duties.
- Ensures daily workflow procedures to ensure KPI thresholds are met/exceeded.
- Responsible for onsite technology (ex-iPads, PEA IT support-related matters).
- Scheduling patient’s follow-up appointments
- Scheduling patient’s transportation as needed
- Delivering discharge prescription medications to patient’s bedside
- Assisting patients with medication affordability
- Coordinating home meal delivery service for patients
- Connecting patients to community resources as needed
- High School Education or equivalent required
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- 6 months of pharmacy technician or 1-year medical assistant / patient care technician / patient care coordinator / clinic front desk associate / nursing assistant / home health aide / other healthcare or medical experience required
- TS Lead experience required for internal associates
- Minimum TS 2 required – TS3 preferred for internal associates
- Retail experience preferred
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree will be considered in absence of medical experience
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including, but not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays. Team members may be required to work during inclement weather (as directed by PEA and facility guidelines).
- Ability to travel from location to location via personal vehicle.
- Ability to conduct overnight stays as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to connect with patients/families and multidisciplinary providers in order to build an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills allowing for optimal client and team member understanding and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex patients and address diverse needs.
- Participates in a culture that embraces creativity, productivity, communication, professionalism, and learning.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities; sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Consistently maintains a high-level of professionalism; positively reflects the PEA brand/organization, all times, internally among our team and externally to patients and clients.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Web-based tools (including, but not limited to, point of sale, pharmacy information systems, and clinical/EMR systems).
- Applications on an iPad.
