Pay: $17/hour | Part-Time | Provide Peace of Mind & Meaningful Care

Are you a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide with experience supporting individuals living with dementia? Do you feel called to serve others with kindness and dignity? Join our caring team in providing hands-on, purpose-driven support for a gentle elderly female client in Gainesville, VA. (Pet-free home)

Available Shifts
  • 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Morning)
  • 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Afternoon to Evening)
  • 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Overnight)
    Part-time schedule with rotating weekends

Your Responsibilities
  • Offer a calming presence and emotional reassurance
  • Assist with personal care, including incontinence support
  • Support safe mobility and monitor dementia-related needs
  • Perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
  • Foster a peaceful, respectful, and faith-centered home environment

✅ Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or home health aide experience
  • Dementia care experience highly preferred
  • Female caregiver (client preference)
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Must be a practicing Christian, aligning with the client’s faith and values
