The Clinical Manager will ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered mental health care while supporting and supervising clinical staff.Required QualificationsCandidates must hold one of the following licenses and be eligible to practice in Washington, DC:Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Active, unrestricted DC LPC licenseMinimum of five (5) years of experience providing psychiatric/mental health careDemonstrated proficiency in psychiatric care deliveryLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Active, unrestricted DC LCSW licenseMinimum of five (5) years of experience in psychiatric/mental health careExperience providing clinical supervision preferredAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)Active, unrestricted APRN license in Washington, DCPsychiatry as a specialty area of practice ORPractice under a collaborative agreement with a psychiatrist, as required by DC law ORDemonstrated proficiency in mental health with at least five (5) years of experience in psychiatric care deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and supervision to LPCs, LCSWs, NPs, and other behavioral health staffEnsure compliance with DC Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Medicaid, and other regulatory requirementsCollaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary providersOversee clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiativesSupport staff development, training, and performance managementParticipate in program development and operational planningPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory roleKnowledge of DC DBH regulations and Medicaid billingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed careBenefitsCompetitive compensationContinuing education and leadership development opportunitiesSupportive, mission-driven work environment

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
