Home Care - Client Care Coordinator / Caregiver Float

PIHC’s CCC position is a Part Time position Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm with additional hours coverage expected to help cover caregiver shifts. The Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm hours are guaranteed as part of the CCC role and additional caregiving hours would be negotiated based on availability of candidate and appetite for additional hours.

Pay is based primarily on experience, a proven track record, flexibility, and adaptability. This growth-oriented role involves successfully launching services for new clients while continuing to support and engage existing clients. At our small, evolving agency, you will have many opportunities to learn and grow. A strong performer may eventually advance into a full-time, salaried CCC position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Call prospects and scheduling home visits.
• Answer phones, emails, and text messages.
• Review and approve caregiver timecards.
• Providing training and supervision visits to Personal Care Assistants in the field.
• Manage prospective client pipeline and available caregiver queues.
• Developing and support care plans and educate prospects on their service options.
• Maintain strong client, case manager, and business partner relationships.
• Ability to independently define work objectives and plan and manage work (provide daily plan updates, progress updates at end of day) and deliver outcomes.
• Provide caregiving support to clients to (1) backup caregiving staff absences and (2) help clients get started with us before their caregiving team is fulfilled.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews and overseeing training and orientation to new staff.
• Continuous improvement of company processes.
• Negotiating quotes and terms with clients and negotiating salary with prospective staff.
• Completing home visits for prospective clients and supporting intake process from end to end.
• Contributing and supporting marketing campaigns, social media, ad design and event planning.

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Flexible hours that help provide coverage and stability to caregiving team.
• Ability to share availability expectations prior to starting at this position.
• Technically savvy with Office Products and able to navigate various software.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Must pass DHS background study.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Two years or more of home care experience and caregiving experience.
• One year or more of caregiving supervision experience.
• This role will require some driving and making visits up to 30 miles from Andover (mileage is reimbursed).

Benefits & Pay:

• Competitive Pay based on skills and experience.
• Base pay for this position is $22.50-$25.00/hour.
• CNA pay range is $23.50-$26.00/hour.
• LPN pay range for office hours is $26.40-$30.00/hour
• LPN Field hours are paid an additional $2.00/hour.
• RN pay range for office hours is $36.50-$40.00 an hour
• RN Field hours are paid an additional $5.00/hour.
• Annual Review and Performance Bonus.
• Company does have 401K with limited match (must be 21 years of age).

• Up to Two weeks (80 hours) – PTO / year (this is prorated based on hours worked at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked).
