- Empower Independence:
- Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities.
- Build Meaningful Connections:
- Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
- Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
- Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
- Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support
- Collaborate for Impact:
- Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Advocate with Heart:
- Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
- Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are:

✔ 18 years old with a clean background, valid driver's license, clean driving record
