Your Schedule: Focused, In-Person Impact
This part-time role is built around hands-on, face-to-face work with our Lapeer County teams:
- On-the-Ground Impact: Provide vital in-person/in-home supervision to our Lapeer County teams (sessions primarily after 3:30 PM).
- Flexible Part-Time Hours: A schedule designed to fit alongside your other commitments while still making a real difference for our families.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supervisor, you are the architect of our patients' success. You will:
- Lead Clinical Excellence: Oversee a diverse caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland) and crafting innovative, individualized treatment plans.
- Empower Your Team: Act as a mentor and coach to Behavior Technicians, providing the on-site training and competency checks they need to deliver gold-standard care.
- Champion Families: Be the primary bridge for our families, providing monthly treatment guidance and celebrating every milestone with them.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize your analytical skills to monitor progress, making real-time, data-based adjustments to ensure our clinical outcomes remain unrivaled.
- Collaborate & Connect: Engage in weekly deep-dives with the Lead BCBA Supervisor and participate in monthly collaborative meetings to share insights and refine your craft.
What You Bring to the Team
- Credentials: Master's Degree, current BCBA certification, and Michigan State Licensure.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (Supervisory experience is a plus!).
- Spirit: An energetic, kid-focused personality with the communication skills to inspire both staff and families.
- Commitment: A passion for professional development and staying at the forefront of ABA research.
