This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy building meaningful relationships, working independently in the field, and helping individuals achieve lasting recovery beyond the walls of an office.

  • Providing substance use counseling, education, and recovery-focused interventions

  • Helping members strengthen coping skills, daily living skills, and relapse prevention strategies

  • Supporting individuals in accessing community resources, healthcare services, employment supports, and recovery networks

  • Participating in crisis planning and coordinating care across providers and support systems

  • Monitoring progress and documenting services to support continued authorization of care

  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team while maintaining significant autonomy in your daily work

  • Building relationships with community organizations and behavioral health partners to expand support opportunities for members
