Monitor and assess resident needs—physical, emotional, behavioral—and respond accordingly

-
Serve as a consistent, calm presence and role model in the home environment
-
Support implementation of behavior management plans and promote positive behavior reinforcement
-
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
Who You Are:

-
Must demonstrate strong documentation, planning, and communication skills
-
Must be physically able to complete NCI-B and CPR certification
-
