Lead Schedule / Availability:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 9:00 pm (Pick 3 days)
Saturday 10:00 am - Sunday 11:00 am (Every weekend)
*Shifts are assigned within this time frame*
(35 hours per week)
Compensation: $19.50 per hour
*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
In this roll you would be responsible for:
- Training new staff as they enter the program on the Individuals that the FS Program serves
- Be available to serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways including personal cares.
- Working within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)
- Administering medications
- Cooking and help with housework
- Providing constant supervision
- Transporting individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle
To be considered for position with us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Possess strong English communication skills
- Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
