Speech and Language Therapist

Our Early Intervention Program supports infants and toddlers during their most critical stages of development, helping them and their families build the skills and confidence they need to thrive. We’re looking for a Speech/Language Therapist to join our team and provide family-centered, community-based services. What You’ll Do Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers. Develop and implement individualized family service plan (IFSP) goals. Provide direct therapy and family training in homes, community, and center-based settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coach families in everyday routines. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with state and agency requirements. Stay current with the best practices and maintain all required licensure and certifications. What You’ll Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Rhode Island licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in progress. Strong knowledge of child development Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
