What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMFT AMFT LCSW ASW position at Pathways Recovery Center?
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our clinical team We are seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide weekly services to our clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders. This is a per diem contract position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes assessments with clients to determine needs directly related to mental health, trauma, and addiction.
Coordinates treatment objectives for each client with Primary Counselor and Clinical Supervisor.
Conduct individual therapy with each client on at least a weekly basis.
May facilitate group therapy sessions with multiple clients and/or family members.
Documents all client sessions in KIPU EMR in a timely manner.
Facilitates comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic summary for assigned clients.
Maintains ongoing communication with client's family and/or support system throughout duration of treatment.
Provides referral for aftercare services to provide on-going mental support for each client.
Participates in in-service training, individual/group supervision, and counselor/client staff interface meetings.
Provides data for inclusion in concurrent/utilization reviews.
Candidates will have at minimum:
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or
- 1 Years of experience with dual diagnosis treatment.
- 2 Years sobriety if in recovery.
- Working knowledge of state regulatory requirements and Joint Commission guidelines
- Successful completion of background check and occ med screenings (drug, TB, and pre-employment physical)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $41, $90,000.00 per year
