Summary:
Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for residential and case management services at Pathways. Directly supervises program staff and ensures that clinical standards, agency expectations, and funding requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee development, implementation, and management of residential and case management programs.
- Provide direct supervision to Case Managers and Program Director.
- Assess, evaluate, and support clinical programming to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with community providers; represent Pathways in DMHAS and related meetings.
- Train and supervise case management staff and MSW interns, including supervision sessions, evaluations, and training documentation.
- Participate in residential staff meetings; review client needs, house rules, and procedures.
- Prepare weekly DMHAS residential reports and manage waitlists for Milbank, Davis, and CSP programs.
- Conduct client assessments for program eligibility.
- Conduct outreach to educate community partners and foster collaboration.
- Participate in clinical meetings, in-services, and case conferences; take meeting minutes as assigned.
- Monitor service utilization and ensure data integrity for program tracking.
- Provide crisis intervention and submit incident reports to regulatory bodies as needed.
- Approve/deny PTO requests and review timesheets in ADP for supervisees.
- Serve on-call as needed.
- Maintain a small caseload if required.
- Maintain state clinical licensure.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Case Managers and Program Director within the Clinical Services department. Indirectly supervises interns and other residential staff as necessary. Carries out supervisory duties including interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
- Minimum 5 years in mental health field.
- Experience in clinical supervision is required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of therapeutic processes, confidentiality, and ethics.
- Ability to facilitate groups and develop strength-based programming.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud-based platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
