Starting Pay Range
$25.00 - $29.00 - HourlyDepending on experience
Job Description:
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
Responsible for supporting all Pathways in Education programs.
Responsible for distribution and collection of Programs’ accounting paperwork.
Maintains Program files, correspondence and develops all billing documents.
Conducts trainings for the team on various accounting processes.
Collects, organizes and develops billing sheets for programs.
Manages relationships between company programs and all outside organizations/vendors.
Orders Curriculum and supplies as needed.
Supports team with credit card reports as needed.
Supports team with booking airline, hotel/lodging and tour/activity reservations, as well as bus/shuttle transportation to and from airport as needed.
Ability to travel as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to delegate responsibility to parents and students.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, exercising reasonable judgment, in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate problem solving skills, while maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and a customer service attitude.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with students, parents, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and database management.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience working in an Educational environment is preferred.
