Summary
The Mobile Unit/Float LPN will support community-based health initiatives by assisting with Hepatitis C (Hep C) and HIV oral swab testing in various outreach settings. This role includes collecting follow-up specimens, coordinating treatment appointments with providers, and offering consumer education related to testing procedures and infection risk factors.
The LPN will also float to outpatient offices in Boyd County and surrounding counties to provide essential nursing services, including collecting vital signs, obtaining laboratory specimens, and supporting clinical staff as needed.
