Pathways High seeks a highly organized, relationship-centered, and adaptable Front Office and Operations Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our school. This position plays a critical role in supporting students, families, staff, and community partners while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office.
The Front Office and Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and families, manages daily office operations, supports student attendance and records, coordinates communications and events, and assists with operational functions that contribute to a positive student experience.
In addition to front office responsibilities, this position supports student medication administration and basic health office documentation, as well as limited food service compliance tasks including meal service support, temperature monitoring, and reporting coordination with the Food Service Director.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Student, Family, and Community Support:
• Serve as the primary receptionist and first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the mission and values of Pathways High.
• Respond to inquiries and direct communication appropriately and professionally.
• Support student enrollment, registration, and attendance processes.
• Maintain accurate student records and demographic information.
Office Operations:
• Manage daily front office operations and administrative systems.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, school events, and family engagement activities.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and communications.
• Maintain office supplies and support operational needs throughout the building.
• Assist administration with communications, reporting, and special projects.
Student Services Support:
• Maintain and securely administer student medications according to school policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medication logs and related documentation.
• Communicate student health concerns with appropriate staff and families when necessary.
• Support student supervision and office coverage as needed.
Food Service Support:
• Assist with meal service operations as needed.
• Monitor and document required food temperatures and meal records.
• Support the Food Service Director with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records related to school nutrition programs.
School Culture and Collaboration:
• Build positive relationships with students and families that contribute to a strong school culture.
