Location: Opportunities in Salem
Hours: per diem, morning hours - as needed for scheduled groups up to 12 weeks per group (must commit to the full 12 week series)
Rate: $22.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a per-diem Child Care Provider who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to providing quality child care for children. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in working with children (babysitting, camp counselor, etc) and experience creating engaging and supportive play/group experiences.
What will you do:
Supervise and monitor the safety of all children in the group at all times.
Implement and adhere to all health and safety protocols, including sanitation and emergency procedures.
Respond promptly and appropriately to any accidents or emergencies, administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
Planning and Implementing Activities:
Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that promote physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development.
Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction among children.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience working with children, preferably in a group setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
Other Requirements
- Successfully complete an employment physical (pre-employment physical must be within one year of hiring date)
- Maintain licensor background check requirements
- Have access to reliable transportation
