POSITION TITLE: Outpatient Services Clinician (BSW) or Supports & Services Coordinator (Primary responsibility will be with Adults)
POSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-time, Salary / Exempt, Marquette Professional Unit
SALARY RANGE: Pay rate dependent on Position, $24.61/hr---$31.99/hr LBSW pay scale, $23.26/hr---$30.24/hr LLBSW pay scale, $20.31/hr---$26.39/hr Supports & Services Coordinator, Plus full-time benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will primarily be responsible for providing intensive outpatient case management or Supports Coordination services primarily to Adults. This position develops treatment plans using the person centered planning process and provide treatment or appropriate referrals. Responsibilities also include monitoring treatment plans to assess recipient’s progress and readjusts as appropriate, carrying an active caseload, preparing case histories and needs assessments, providing counseling, follow-up, and aftercare. Daytime crisis intervention, groups, family or individual treatment may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: For Outpatient Services Clinician- State of Michigan Licensed Bachelors of Social Work (LBSW) or State of Michigan Limited Licensed Bachelors of Social Work (LLBSW). For Supports & Services Coordinator - Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services Mental Health field (Such as Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or similar nature) and one year of experience working with persons with mental illness.
