LOCATION: Luce County (This position will be responsible for coverage in both Alger and Luce counties.
POSITION TITLE: Program Supervisor
STATUS/HOURS: Regular Full Time (80 hours biweekly), Salary/Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $24.01/hr - $31.21/hr, Plus full-time benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is under the supervision of the Clinical Program Supervisor and is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing the work of the paraprofessional staff in our Alger and Luce Counties. This position will also act as the agency wide Drop-In Center Coordinator and as a liaison with our community partners in Alger and Luce Counties, as assigned. Additionally, this position will oversee the Community Support Services (CSS) and the development and implementation of services that provide training and life skills to consumers for the purpose of community integration and normalizing the quality of life. Supervisory responsibilities include approving leave, reviewing and evaluating performance, monitoring and evaluating service delivery, job counseling employees and employee training.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services Field, BSW preferred. One year of experience working with individuals with a developmental disabilities and/or mental illness is preferred.
