Receptionist/Secretary/Billing - Half-time (32 hrs per week)

Duties include:
*Answer's telephone and directs callers to destination.
*Makes client appointments and answers inquiries.
*Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
*Collects and distributes mail and messages.
*Interview clients and secures financial information and third-party releases.
*Check client Medicaid eligibility monthly and change client information in the computer if necessary.
*Enters cash receipts and charges, updates account receivable information on the computer.
*Prepares cash control sheet daily or weekly as directed.
*Coordinate correspondence and board reports between Executive Director and Board Members
*Other Job duties as assigned.
Associate degree or equivalent training or one-year related experience needed. Client billing experience a plus.
Pay: $ $19.99 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32.0 per week
