An established psychologist in Pottstown, PA is expanding into a new group practice focused on psychological assessment and therapy services. This growing practice is designed to foster a collaborative environment among clinicians. Providers will have opportunities for consultation, collegial support, and professional connection while maintaining independence in their work. As the practice is growing, clinicians will not begin with an established client base and should expect their caseload to build gradually over time. Both early-career and experienced psychologists are encouraged to apply.
The practice currently has two positions available:
(1) : Psychologist with strong interest and experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment.
(2) : Licensed therapist to join a new and growing group practice. Clinicians with interests in anxiety, ADHD, children and adolescent therapy, and coparent counseling are especially encouraged to apply.
Evaluator
Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
· Administer and interpret standardized assessment instruments
· Prepare integrated psychological reports
· Provide feedback sessions to clients and families
· Collaborate with other clinicians within the practice
Evaluations may include:
· ADHD assessments
· learning disability evaluations
· diagnostic clarification
· personality and emotional functioning
· adolescent and adult evaluations
Qualifications
· Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
· Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania
· Training in psychological assessment
· Strong report-writing skills
· Interest in collaborative, high-quality clinical work

Therapist
Responsibilities
· Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, adolescents, or families
· Maintain clinical documentation
· Collaborate with other clinicians in the practice as needed
Qualifications
· Completed degree (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
· Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania
· Interest in providing high-quality therapy
· Ability to build and maintain a caseload
