Job Summary:

The Part-Time Revenue Operations Specialist will serve as a key connector between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership by owning the systems, processes, and data that drive the revenue engine. This role will focus on optimizing HubSpot, improving data accuracy, supporting demand generation campaigns, enhancing sales processes, and providing consistent reporting and operational support. The position is designed to help both teams work more efficiently, improve revenue visibility, and support scalable growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management and Optimization

· Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM including workflows, pipelines, properties, lists, sequences, automations, and task creation

· Ensure clean and accurate data across Marketing and Sales

· Support Marketing with campaign setup, list segmentation, and tracking performance metrics

· Build and manage lead scoring and lead routing rules

· Support integrations with systems such as RFP tools, VoIP phone systems, Outlook, and other operational platforms

· Manage the full sales process in HubSpot, including marking deals as Closed Won and coordinating order processing with the Finance team

Revenue Reporting and Analytics

· Create dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing leadership

· Track pipeline metrics, lead engagement, campaign performance, and forecasting data

· Produce weekly and monthly reports that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement

· Support leadership with data-driven recommendations based on CRM insights

Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Support

· Assist Marketing with list uploads, campaign workflows, email sequences, and performance tracking

· Monitor campaign engagement and collaborate on refining segmentation and targeting

· Ensure purchased lists and internal data sources are accurately imported and usable

· Coordinate pre and post conference lead workflow processes

Sales Operations Support

· Manage lead flow to ensure Sales receives timely, well-qualified opportunities

· Maintain sales pipelines, deal stages, task automation, and data cleanliness

· Standardize sales processes including outbound follow-up, meeting tracking, and deal progression

· Serve as the point of contact for Salesforce enablement tools, troubleshooting, and optimization

Cross-Department Collaboration

· Act as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership

· Identify gaps or inefficiencies in cross-functional processes and recommend solutions

· Support Sales and Marketing in preparing materials, reports, and operational assets for new product launches and campaigns

· Provide operational support on special projects and initiatives as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree preferred

· 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Management

· Hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, automation, reporting, custom properties, and pipelines

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing in a SaaS or EdTech environment

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Preferred Experience

· Experience in K–12 education, EdTech, or workforce readiness markets

· Familiarity with RFP systems, VoIP communication platforms, and Microsoft Outlook

· Understanding of demand generation, email marketing, and list segmentation

· Experience supporting conference lead management and marketing-to-sales handoffs
