At ROOTED, mentorship is not transactional — it is transformational. We believe every young person deserves access to trusted adults who can help them navigate life, build confidence, dream bigger, and feel seen, heard, and supported. Our mentors serve as consistent, positive, and encouraging guides who help participants strengthen not only academic and career readiness, but also identity, emotional wellness, leadership skills, and self-belief.
