Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate/Sales Representative role located in West Suburbs of Chicago. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, promoting and demonstrating medical devices and solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, coordinating with medical professionals to support their practice, and staying informed about the latest product offerings and industry developments. The Sales Associate/Sales Representative will work closely with the team to develop strategic sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of medical devices or experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn and articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
- Eagerness to travel within the assigned territory and manage an on-site presence
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field
- Must be comfortable working in an operating room setting and adhering to sterile protocol
