• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Pay: $20.00/hour

Mandatory overtime, including alternate weekends, is required based on production needs.

Job Summary

Pathway Group is hiring Production Operators for a leading advanced manufacturing company in Santa Ana. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations by operating equipment, handling materials, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and alternate weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working around production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
