Monday – Friday (Temp-To-Hire)
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dipping and expanding machines according to work instructions and production specifications
- Load and unload materials for processing
- Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Record production data and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Support team production goals and daily output requirements
Requirements:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
