School Based Counselor / Therapist LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC Overview
Do you enjoy helping young people reach their full potential? As a School Based Counselor / Therapist, you will provide meaningful behavioral health support to students and families in a familiar and accessible setting.
This role combines clinical expertise with relationship-building, collaboration, and advocacy; delivering assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic services while contributing to a supportive, trauma-informed culture grounded in Pathway's mission, values, and commitment to empowering children and families.
