As a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Fee-for-Service), you'll design your own schedule - whether part-time (as few as 4 clients per week) or full-time hours. This position offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position offering flexibility and autonomy while receiving agency support, supervision, and access to resources.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by:

• Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs

• Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans

• Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing

• Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments when needed

• Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

  (Typical rates range from $45–$60 per billable session)

We're looking for self-motivated, compassionate professionals dedicated to creating positive change.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred)

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus:

• Experience providing telehealth or group therapy services

• Commitment to pursuing advanced licensure or certifications with Pathway's support
