Licensed clinician who wants more than just a traditional therapy role.

Core Responsibilities
Program Ownership & Growth
- Take an active role in building and sustaining services in North Olmsted and surrounding communities
- Support growth efforts into Lorain County through outreach, visibility, and community engagement
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations
- Monitor caseload trends, access to care, and client engagement while proactively addressing service gaps
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and bring forward practical, actionable ideas
