Role Description The Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Berkeley, CA, supporting the daily operations of PathWave Psychiatry. This position manages appointment scheduling, patient intake, and follow-up communications to ensure smooth clinical workflows and a positive patient experience. The Coordinator assists with maintaining accurate electronic health records, coordinating treatment schedules for services such as Spravato and TMS, and managing insurance and billing-related documentation. The role involves close collaboration with clinicians and administrative staff, responding to phone and email inquiries, and helping streamline office processes. The Coordinator also contributes to practice-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, patient communication, and overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency with office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems, or willingness to learn healthcare-specific platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
