PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to join our team based out of the Cherry Hill, NJ office. Travel for this position will take place between Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.
Duties Include:
- Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and or Charity Care
- Driving 100-200 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided.
- Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information
- Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Transporting supplies to and from client facilities
- Fill in as hospital rep as needed
Compensation details: 21-21 Hourly Wage
