What You'll Do
- Appointment Setting:
- Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers, receivers, and carriers
- Load Building:
- Build and organize loads in our TMS, ensuring accuracy on rates, lanes, and load details
- Track & Trace:
- Proactively monitor shipments in transit, update statuses, and flag potential delays before they become problems
- Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, providing shipment updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
- Carrier Communication:
- Check in with drivers/carriers throughout transit to confirm ETAs and gather POD/paperwork
- Problem Solving:
- Handle day-of issues (delays, detention, appointment changes) calmly and quickly
