Requirements
Minimum 5 years of truckload brokerage or logistics sales experience
A portable book of business with established customer relationships
Strong understanding of truckload pricing, market dynamics, and customer strategy
No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated production of 20 loads per week
$4,000 in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months
Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently
Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships
Comfortable operating in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
