We are a leading logistics provider committed to delivering top-tier transportation solutions. Our team operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and we are seeking an experienced Truckload Sales Executive to join our team and leverage an established, portable book of business.

This role is ideal for a sales executive who is already producing and looking for a platform that removes friction and allows them to focus on growing revenue. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your existing customer relationships while continuing to develop new opportunities.

Combined with uncapped commission potential, this role offers a clear path to scale production without artificial limits.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of truckload brokerage or logistics sales experience

A portable book of business with established customer relationships

Strong understanding of truckload pricing, market dynamics, and customer strategy

No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated production of 20 loads per week

$4,000 in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months

Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently

Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships

Comfortable operating in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment

We are looking for someone who can step in and produce immediately, with the infrastructure, support, and earning potential to grow well beyond their current ceiling.

This position is Remote.
