We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead and scale our delivery operations across a key Americas sub-region. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will be responsible for driving successful customer implementations, building and developing a team of talented consultants and managers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a growing portfolio of 15 to 20 concurrent projects.
This is a player-coach role, you’ll set the strategic direction for your sub-region while staying close to the delivery motion, coaching your team, and serving as an executive escalation point for customers. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless customer journeys from contract to go-live and beyond.

Duties/Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Managers and Consultants across your sub-region
- Own hiring, onboarding, and career development for your team - building a bench of top PS talent
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer obsession
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop team capabilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for your sub-region - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Proactively identify project risks and lead escalation resolution, serving as the senior point of contact for customers when needed
- Drive adoption of Pathlock’s standard deployment methodology to accelerate time-to-value, reduce implementation variability, and ensure customers realize measurable outcomes faster
- Champion the use of AI-powered tooling to automate repeatable implementation tasks - including configuration and testing - improving team efficiency and expanding delivery margins
- Maintain strong delivery metrics including CSAT, utilization, time-to-value, and revenue recognition
- Own the sub-region PS P&L contribution - managing resource allocation, utilization targets, and regional revenue goals
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on scoping, SOW development, and pre-sales support for complex opportunities
- Provide accurate forecasting and capacity planning for your sub-region
- Collaborate with the Director of PS to build and refine regional operating plans, headcount models, and delivery strategies
- Build trusted executive relationships with key customers across your sub-region
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers navigating GRC, identity security, and compliance transformation on SAP, Oracle, and other platforms
- Partner with GSI and regional SI partners to co-deliver on complex, multi-party engagements
- Represent Pathlock at customer executive reviews, QBRs, and industry events
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence the Pathlock roadmap
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs post-implementation and drive high retention and expansion
- Contribute to the development of delivery accelerators, methodology improvements, and practice-building initiatives
Leadership & Management
- 8 years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation - with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Proven track record managing a regional PS team delivering enterprise SaaS or on-premise implementations at scale
- Strong commercial acumen - experience managing P&L, utilization targets, and revenue forecasting for a PS sub-region or practice
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms and the broader Identity Security space
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems - SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of access governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Practical experience with leading IGA platforms such as Pathlock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable solutions
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ERP security, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, access certifications, role management, and provisioning workflows
- Knowledge of integration technologies including REST APIs, LDAP, and database connectors
- Experience implementing or overseeing technical configurations including data mapping, ruleset setup, and connector integrations
- Hands-on experience with Pathlock, SAP GRC, SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable identity/access governance platforms
- Background in SOX compliance, audit readiness, or risk management implementations
- Experience managing delivery through GSI and SI partner channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
